Our Kintone Modules are reuseable “building blocks” that may be added and combined to provide substantial features to Kintone.
The AscendWare E-Mail and Text Message Marketing Module provides extensive capabilities for individual and mass-messaging campaigns, all within Kintone. View campaign history right from the contact record. The system tracks and records “Clicks” and “Opens” for email and allows for unlimited Contacts, and unlimited email/SMS volume – everything is centralized all within Kintone.
The AscendWare Campaign and List Manager provides comprehensive List Building (storing and re-use) and Campaign Management within Kintone. The system provides campaign tracking and may utilize a third party e-mail system.
AscendWare Portals (or Extranets) allow “External Contacts” to view and interact with their specific Kintone Data in a secure manner. Portal groups could include Customers, Vendors, Partners, Employees. For instance, you may want all your customers to see their order history and know the exact up to the minute status. We have a built -in Chat feature that interacts with Kintone so External and Internal Users can communicate regarding each specific item.
AscendWare builds Intelligent Web-APPS that are interactive with the Kintone Database. These Web-APPS provide a Wizard-like approach that depending on the information a user selects, will perform the proper table “look-ups”, calculations and logic branches. These Web-APPS are much more powerful than form entry tools that just do data collection. This AscendWare Module simplifies and streamlines Reporting and Document Data Merging. The system provides templated documents that place real-time Kintone Data into the document. These reports and documents can be combined with e-signature technology for a comprehensive solution. Reporting features include flexibility of report formats without 3rd party tools.

Part of what makes Kintone such a powerful platform is its outstanding REST and Javascript APIs, which allows us to integrate nearly any 3rd-party system.
AscendWare’s Kintone to QuickBooks Custom Integration provides key data from Kintone to create records and transactions automatically in QuickBooks. When a record reaches a certain status or when an event occurs, a customer or vendor record will be created (if it does not exist) and the Invoice or Bill will added to the QuickBooks system. Key QuickBooks data can also be populated and displayed on a dashboard within Kintone so you can quickly see all historical data for that customer in Kintone without changing systems.
AscendWare’s Bar-Code / QR-Code Integration leverages scanning technology to drive efficiencies and process control. Scanning can manage the process, track movement and activities. This can be used for Production Management, Inventory Control, Warranty Management, etc.

One example is integrating an Ecommerce system with Kintone for Production Management, Inventory Control and Return / Warranty Tracking and Processing.

Kintone Utilities
AscendWare has built Kintone Utilities to improve the Efficiency and User Experience for all Kintone users. These utilities simplify standard tasks such as:
- Filtering records
- Building lists and providing “nested queries”
- Adding of Related Records without leaving the App you are in
- Adding fast, dynamic lookups
QuickFILTER provides the ability to filter up to 5 times faster and allows for the exact fields used most often within each Kintone App.
QuickLIST provides the building of a list of records for re-use or exporting to other systems. The “Add to QuickLIST” function allows you to build nested queries as well, which is incredibly powerful. For example, filter for all Midwest companies with a Marketing Manager: filter for multiple states and Add to QuickLIST, then add a filter for a Marketing Manager. This allows you to build a complex data set to take actions upon.
QuickADD allows you to add a record in a different app and automatically relate it to your current record, all without leaving your current App record. Example: If you were adding a new contact, performed a lookup and the Company record did not exist, just click our custom button and you can add that new Company record immediately without leaving your current App record.
QuickSELECT allows for fast and dynamic record filtering with 1-click lookups.
